If there are any quality issues with the order you receive, please contact us at felineandfable@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with photos and we’ll be happy to send a replacement or refund.

Returns and exchanges are accepted upon request within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Returns + Refunds:

• All items must be unworn and unwashed in their original condition.
• Customer covers return shipping costs.

Exchanges:

• Exchanges are only accepted for the same product in a different size.
• Customer covers return shipping costs of the returning item, and the new shipping cost for the new item.
